Instructions

Apply each night (or as required) as follows:

Shake bottle
Swivel spray arm 90°
Spray 3 times towards the back of the throat, hold for 20 seconds and then swallow

The extended spray arm delivers the formula to the back of the throat for maximum effectiveness.

23.5ml bottle - suitable for 50 nights' use.

I can't see a hole in the end of the spray, do I have to snip off the end?: No, the spray is ready to use, just rotate the spray as shown in the diagram..

O.K. this is the guy who has tried every conceivable anti-snoring device, potion, therapy etc, who has been married for 37 years to the same wonderful woman who has put up with this awful noise (I've heard the tapes!) and has kicked, punched and pushed me around every night for the few minutes of respite it produces and I have bought your product and it worked totally and utterly immediately.
